Heatha gave me great advice about what I needed to do to finish off my house ready for sale, helped me find the tradies I needed and then virtually staged it for marketing with fantastic results - over 1,500 views online in the first weekend, more than 30 through the first open home and 3 offers so that this was sold in 3 weeks in a flat and saturated market (I also listened to her advice on pricing with a comprehensive CMA to back it up). Excellent work and I'm stoked to have sold this - and the feedback is also great from the buyers (which is nice to know as they're going to be neighbours too!)
