Our first communication with Heatha was a phone call to get a perspective on both our property which we were trying to sell, and the local market. She gave us some really useful (and honest) feedback about the property and pricing. When we later listed with her she instantly understood who the likely buyer would be and targeted her marketing to them. Her communication to us throughout the process was excellent and though we were pretty hands off, we always knew what was going on or could action Heathas suggestions as they came.
