We were disappointed with our experience dealing with Heatha Edwards. During negotiations we were advised there were other substantially higher offers on the property and were encouraged to increase our offer. The vendor ultimately accepted our lower offer, which raised concerns for us about the accuracy of that information. We were also advised the property was block work. After purchase, we discovered this was not the case — only a single fire-rated wall is block, not the entire structure. This was a significant detail for us and should have been clearly explained. Based on our experience, we would strongly recommend buyers independently verify all information provided during the sales process.

Although there are unexpected finds needing repair. The fix of the mice problem behind kitchen cabinets under sink was just a quick rubbish cheap fix. Mice just come through into kitchen. We believe that should have been repaired properly which would have not taken much time to get to a proper fix.
