Happy with house but was very disappointed on take over day .... would of thought arrive to a clean house after instead i arrived with out meeting agent there to greet us to our 1st home for take over (keys were left at place) and finding the house was never clean and tidy.... Was quite disappointed as we still havint moved in because of the filth and grime we are fighting to clean off was very bad .... and still cleaning as we speak

We were disappointed with our experience dealing with Heatha Edwards. During negotiations we were advised there were other substantially higher offers on the property and were encouraged to increase our offer. The vendor ultimately accepted our lower offer, which raised concerns for us about the accuracy of that information. We were also advised the property was block work. After purchase, we discovered this was not the case — only a single fire-rated wall is block, not the entire structure. This was a significant detail for us and should have been clearly explained. Based on our experience, we would strongly recommend buyers independently verify all information provided during the sales process.

Although there are unexpected finds needing repair. The fix of the mice problem behind kitchen cabinets under sink was just a quick rubbish cheap fix. Mice just come through into kitchen. We believe that should have been repaired properly which would have not taken much time to get to a proper fix. This mice problem and and gapping holes underneath sink was brought to Heatha and vendors attention before close of sale. 24 Bennett st waipawa.

She was motivated from the first minute to the very last, showed absolute professionalism in every aspect of selling our house, from ensuring it was staged correctly, directed the photography on the day, smashed all the open homes and extracted many offers. She sold our home in as little as one month from going to market. She is a fireball of energy and enthusiasm and we absolutely loved working with her.
