Hayley knew where the market was at and never put pressure on us to drop the price if unnecessary. Her communication style is great and always polite, always giving us the option of doing an open home or private viewing. She only did private viewings if the times suited us. Her negotiation skills are excellent and always put us first. Could not speak more highly of her.
