Knew the market well, was very confident that the property would sell and there would be interest in the property which there was, also set out realistic expectations regarding the sale price. The time from listing to the property being sold was 10-14 days it was very quick.

Both ladies had great customer service skills, were considerate of our requirements in selling. They went did a great job in getting the house to market quickly and buyers through.
