Hayley had Exceptional market knowledge, she was exactly on the price expectation, advised us to market prior to Xmas and had it sold and takeover within a week of Xmas. Her advice was invaluable to us as we we're selling an estate property so had limited knowledge, so relied on Hayley more so than if we sold our own property. Hayley stood out with her personalised approach and was sensitive to the fact we were selling an estate property which can be emotionally difficult. The proposal was clear and informative and we were happy to list with her. Hayley keep us updated on the 2 open homes that were held and also kept in constant contact throughout the marketing process and once she knew there were going to be multiple offers set suggested a deadline be set.
