Hayley helped the reviewer buy this property

Nothing is too much trouble with Hayley. She is always available on the phone or email.

Hayley organised everything for us in buying this property. Being nearly four hours away we relied on her to arrange local tradesmen to walk around with us when we arrived to check out the house for faults and give us a quote for any improvements we needed. The whole process went very smoothly and we were very happy with the outcome. We suggested a price to secure the home and she suggested the owners would most likely accept it and she was right. My wife and I have bought and sold at least a dozen properties in our time and this one was by far the simplest, thanks to Hayley of course. The whole process was a dream. Within 24 hours of seeing it our offer was accepted and that was it. Beat that! Thanks Hayley.
