Selling our home with Hayley was a pleasure. From the moment we engaged Hayley we felt like we were in safe and competent hands. It was a difficult time to market a home. After an incredibly hot run, the market suddenly turned. The banks imposed exceptionally tight lending rules, the media started to pump out negative stories and the nation changed from alert levels to traffic lights which meant yet another change of rules for viewing open homes. Yet through all these changes Hayley worked tirelessly to keep us focussed, informed and confident. She provided clarity, great advice, and we enjoyed all of our interactions with her, culminating in a great sale.

We have recently bought our new home and sold our old home with Hayley and her co real estate agent (Roberta Stewart). We could not recommend them more highly. From the purchasing point of view they were both very thorough, engaging and professional. We especially appreciated how they were solely the people we dealt with from all aspects (as some real estate agents pass on roles such as open homes, comms etc to their support staff). They are an absolute pleasure to work both genuine people and easy to be around.
