Achieved a much better result than anticipated

Harry's appraisal document and his research on the property gave me confidence he knew what he was doing. His experience with houses of this generation was clearly evident. The suggested sale method - deadline sale, worked just as Harry had said it would. After two weeks there were three offers. All would have been acceptable, but the competition inherent in a deadline sale gave me choices. I was very happy with that. Having other Property Brokers' agents also able to submit offers was beneficial. Harry provided a good balance of feedback from viewings. In the past I've experienced being overwhelmed but feedback, but I thought Harry's was just right. As I live some distance away Harry organised access for a building inspection, etc and there was nothing I had to do. I found Harry to be a good communicator, and did the things he said he would do. The final sale price was right in the middle of Harry's estimate, and a better result than I had anticipated.
