The suggested sale method - deadline sale, worked just as Harry had said it would. After two weeks there were three offers. All would have been acceptable, but the competition inherent in a deadline sale gave me choices. I was very happy with that. Having other Property Brokers' agents also able to submit offers was beneficial. Harry provided a good balance of feedback from viewings. In the past I've experienced being overwhelmed but feedback, but I thought Harry's was just right. As I live some distance away Harry organised access for a building inspection, etc and there was nothing I had to do. I found Harry to be a good communicator, and did the things he said he would do. The final sale price was right in the middle of Harry's estimate, and a better result than I had anticipated.
