Selling a house can be extremely stressful especially if you have a strict timeline to meet. We were suddenly presented with an opportunity to move overseas which was too good of an offer to refuse and thereby decided to take it. However that meant that we had to look at selling our house and had approximately 6 weeks to do so before we left for overseas.
