We are beyond thrilled with the incredible service Harry provided! He sold our house within 24 hours of it going live—a truly remarkable achievement. Not only is Harry an exceptional real estate agent, but we’ve also had the pleasure of working closely with him through business. His service is second to none—always enthusiastic, reliable, and proactive. Harry takes care of everything with precision and ensures all parties are informed throughout the entire process. We couldn’t be happier with his professionalism and dedication, not just to us but to all his clients. Thank you, Harry, for making this such a smooth and successful experience! Highly recommend him to anyone looking for top-notch real estate services.

Having invited Harry to provide an appraisal for a property we were about to place on the market, we were impressed with his assessment of the property, his up to date knowledge of the localized market and his sales strategy for this particular property. Once we placed the property in his hands he provided regular updates on how things were proceeding, and in what seemed like a small amount of time, the sold sign is up at a price we are most happy with.

Harry was great in helping us through the purchase process for our home in shotover country. He took the time to explain the process and help where he could as well as being honest, direct, and professional when it came to negotiation. We really appreciated his approach and it made us feel comfortable in the purchase process. Cheers Harry

We have a bit of an engrained natural distrust of real estate agents from our previous buying experience, so were keen to engage with an agent we felt we trusted and someone who valued honesty and transparency for us and our buyers. This was also our first house sale so were somewhat in the dark and looking for an experienced agent who could guide us through the process. Obviously we were also looking to maximise our financial return from the sale. Harry delivered on all counts and we couldn't be happier with the work he put in for us. Harry got us a great result and made us feel much more informed and comfortable with the process. We felt like he was working for us throughout, but also providing a good experience for those interested in our home and we really valued that. He's a great salesman, but also a thoroughly nice guy and a great communicator and we are very glad we opted to sell with Harry. There's a lot of agents out there and the choice can be overwhelming, but if you're looking for a great financial result and to deal with an actual nice person, you can't go wrong with Harry.

Harry was professional, knowledgeable and obliging. He kept me informed of developments and worked hard to get the best price for my house. He remained thoroughly pleasant and positive at all times and I felt very comfortable discussing issues and asking questions.

Harry always informed us of the potential earnings and advised well when it was time to accept an offer

Absolutely brilliant! Went to the moon and back for us to find us plenty of places to look at and get us into our most perfect house. Friendly, easy to deal with and informative! Harry made our whole buying experience a pleasure and a breeze.

My experience with Harry was great. Harey with was professional, personable, and took the time to make sure what I was looking for was considered. They took the time to understand what I was looking for in a home and matched me up with a property that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend their services to anyone in search of their dream home.

Our experience selling with Harry was great. He worked tirelessly to find us the right buyer and get us an the price we wanted. We had a very tight timeframe to sell as we needed to confirm our purchase of a new home so timing and communication was key. Harry helped us to achieve our real estate goals and to realise our dream of owning a lifestyle property. Throughout the process Harry stayed in touch, was always available to take a call or reply to texts, and was honest about progress and where things were at. He has a good grasp of the market conditions in Queenstown and what could be achieved for us in our short timeframe. We'd recommend Harry to anyone wanting a genuine and honest Real Estate agent that works for your best interests and can also give you a good expectation of price and timeframes.

Harry is an exceptional agent. For a first-time homebuyer, the entire experience can seem daunting and stressful. However, his communication skills are excellent, providing constant support throughout the entire process. He possesses awesome local knowledge and is always prompt in addressing requests or questions. This level of attentiveness is crucial for any buyer or seller!!
