Harry was selling the property for a friend but at no stage did I feel that the friendship impacted on his professionalism in making sure that we had all the information we needed. We were given every opportunity and encouragement to investigate all aspects of the sale. Post agreement Harry is continuing to assist us with some complex issues which is much appreciated. His friendly style has made the whole process less daunting than it would otherwise be.
