After deciding to sell our Wellington apartment and not living in the Wellington area my wife and I had some reservations about the difficulty of the sale process. By chance we received a flyer in the post from Harry Eggers listing apartments he had sold recently, one been in the same building as our own. I rang Harry and we started the process for the sale of our apartment ,this turned out to be a difficult sale but Harry’s knowledge of the Wellington market and the effort he put in for us made the sale quick and easy. Harry was probably the best real estate agent that we ever dealt with. He was proactive, very efficient, and responsive. He made the buying process no stress. He was willing to go the extra mile for the buyers by helping to communicate with solicitors and vendors and was willing to provide useful contacts. He was a great agent, professional, and polite. If we are selling or buying a property in the future, Harry will be the first agent we contact.

The property was tenanted during during the marketing and Harry managed the tenants well to ensure they were happy during this time and were not a barrier to viewings. Harry is very knowledgeable, easy to work with and always respected my views and feedback during process.
