A brilliant end result from a process that was less intimidating than I had anticipated.

Harrison is friendly with my son and it was on my son's recommendation that I spoke with Harrison to get some guidance on how much updating I should undertake before listing the property. Harrison arrived with a printed presentation, and after walking around the property he gave me his opinion and then asked me how this sat with my thoughts. While Harrison was obviously keen to market the property I never felt pressured to list with him. Having been recently widowed. selling the house on my own was a concern. Harrison was great. He walked me through the entire process, gave me options and pointed out what additional services he could arranged to save me having to do it myself. Communication by email and text always gave me something I could refer back to. Printed feedback from open homes was often supplemented by a chat as to how Harrison felt they were going, and as they progressed, on potential purchasers. Approaching auction day I met with Harrison and those I would be involved with during the auction. While it was slightly daunting at this meeting on the day, it was seamless and the outcome was far better than I could have imagined. The team work well together and complement each other. On reflection, the whole process turned out to be easier than I had anticipated mainly due to the amount of effort Harrison put in to assist me in every way possible. He worked tirelessly to achieve a great result, never over embellishing the facts, was easy to communicate with and took the time to listen to me and check how I was feeling.
