Very professional and keen to assist
We flew down from the North island to view a number of properties in Christchurch. In all honesty, prior to our trip, this property was at the bottom of our list. We were time poor and it was a little over our budget (we nearly skipped the open home). Luckily we managed to squeeze it into our tight schedule as it quickly became our 1st contender!
