Harrison was the vendors agent and a pleasant person to deal with, granting that he was certainly dedicated to getting the best price for the vendor. His communication and responses were quick, until the moment the sale went unconditional. However, after agreeing to progress a simple post sale query with the vendor for me, I have had no response for three weeks now, and so had to resort to contacting the vendor directly for the timely resolution I needed. Slightly disappointing, but perhaps I was expecting too much?
