I can't thank Harriet enough always kept me in the loop of property's coming up for sale & i finally got one thanks to Harriet.

I first met Hariett at an open home where I was a hopeful bider. Though I was not the successful purchaser on this property, Hariett continued to pursue something that she knew I was looking for. Hariett kept me informed of other properties listed with Bayley’s and properties coming on board. Hariett has excellent communications, and dedication to her role whilst not being overally pushy or invasive but giving just enough to always want me to look further. She knew what I was looking for, why I was looking, and for how much, hence keeping me informed of potential properties that met my brief. As a result, I had a trust in Hariett, that whenever she sent me something to review, I would take a look. Far from some agents who would just mass email me anything, Hariett took the time to consider my personal requirements and purpose. Eventually she hooked me up with with the perfect home, in the right area, within the price range specified. Her follow up since, messages to say ‘hi’ and happy holidays is lovely. Harriet was responsive, available and ready to problem solve when we were in a bit of an unusual situation. Was great and benching the gaps between the vendor and us (the buyer) and did everything promptly and with kindness! Harriet also replied at all hours (sometimes late and under a bit of pressure) which we really appreciated as we were working under urgency.
