Disclaimer: We might be biased as we have worked with Hamish in the past. We brought our house from Hamish 12 years ago, yesterday he sold it for us and worked damn hard to do so. Hamish is no fly by night agent, longevity in a competitive market is worth its weight in gold for advice and guidance in fickle market conditions. We achieved the best result we could and that is all down to Hamish’s experience of local conditions. Recommend 100%, but we did say we might be a little bias :)
