As an offshore vendor, based in Australia, it would be understandable that there would be a level of reservation in listing your property without the opportunity to meet and great your agent in person. From the outset Habeeb clearly explained the scenarios we could use, to not only market the property but also the options that may present themselves in terms of types of purchasers and terms they may request or prefer for a successful sale. The sale price is very important to all vendors and this was no different to us. Again, Habeeb clearly defined an honest price range expectation early on in the piece to avoid any disappointment - this was backed by current market sales. Not having any real knowledge of the local market, this was of utmost importance to me. Habeeb's communication with al parties was exceptional and nothing was ever to hard for him. He took charge. I would recommend Habeeb and Ray White for any vendor thinking of selling - in particular for any offshore vendors!
