This is the second time I have worked with Habeeb in selling property. He is a totally professional agent who really knows his business. Thank you for keeping me informed as you worked through the options on my property. With Habeeb actions do speak louder than words. He constantly kept things moving and I commend him for his open communication. I wish I had more properties to sell ! Jill
Habeeb in my belief is the top Auckland city agent. He is well connected and delivers results. He has been my go to agent for many years now he’s, honest, has excellent communication and cares about his clients. When only the best will do!
Habeeb is highly passionate professional real-estate agent Smart , fast and accurate Can’t say all by wording, I always found he is helpful and respectful. Would love to recommend to any other people who is willing to deal with property market.
We have dealt with Habeeb before and we keep going to Habeeb for all our real estate needs. We haven't met another real estate agent that match level of professionalism, integrity and the communication. Habeeb put mammoth efforts to see this sale through.
I had a previous disappointing experience with another real estate company. Habbeeb was recommended to me after that experience. I found Habbeeb knowledgable, communicative and open about possible outcomes in the current inner city market. I accept the less than hoped for sale price is the result of very difficult market conditions. I feel that Habeeb achieved the best result possible at this point in time. Without his professionalism I would not have achieved any result.
Habeeb made the process of selling my property enjoyable, there was clear and constant communication every step of the way. Any questions I asked were always answered quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be working with him again in the future and I would highly recommend working with him for any of your real estate needs, he’s given me a fantastic experience and is someone who is easy to work with and cares about you and your best interest.
We are thankful for Habeeb's dedication in selling our apartment in Auckland completed in a mere 2 weeks from start to finish. There was no time spared from the time we signed the agreement to the contract going unconditional.
Bought and sold same unit (10yrs apart - whilst overseas) via Habeeb. He’s flexible, available, direct and gets the job done. Thank you!
I've done many deals with Habeeb over the past 10yrs. Habeeb is a doer, he listens, takes my calls, works hard day and night, gets results.
From the very first phone call Habeeb set the tone of things to come. He is extremely knowledgeable of the market situation, Habeeb offered invaluable advice and his professionalism is simply outstanding. We were always kept in the loop on how things were progressing and Habeeb offered great advice on how to proceed to achieve the best value. We have dealt with other agents in the Auckland CBD arena but there simply isn’t any comparison. Habeeb was always positive and had a solution for any outcome. Habeeb was never pushy or made us feel out of our depth and he is a very humble yet a very astute professional. We will definitely be contracting Habeeb in any future CBD Apartment dealings.
We have found Habeeb to be excellent. Habeeb is the consummate professional who always looking for great outcomes based on unequaled market knowledge and a get-it-done attitude. He's super responsive, an excellent communicator, and a highly experienced negotiator. One of the things that has impressed me about Habeeb is he always looking at creating solutions that aren't always obvious through the use of ingenuity and a crack one-stop shop team that he can call on.
