Habeeb knows the market very well especially its behaviour at the different points in time and he would advise you accordingly. He is pretty genuine and friendly. He responds promptly to emails as well as phone calls (and this exactly what you would need as a vendor). He is very professional, punctual and keeps his word. For our case, he sold our house and because we are going to be building, he managed to get us a buyer (we don't know how) who let us stay in the house until we finish building our new home.
