After 40 years experience both as part of the Government valuation team and by selling property throughout the Gisborne/East Coast/Eastern Bay of Plenty/ region, I have a wide knowledge of the whole area and a deep understanding of what drives our property market. As a long-term beach dweller, broken down old surfer and third division Lotto winner (twice), I am passionate about coastal (and the East Coast) lifestyle and I convey those feelings when dealing with buyers. Marketing and selling coastal and waterfront property requires its own set of skills, including an understanding of the property challenges that are part of that environment. There is also a need to present options, opportunities and direction to buyers while understanding the emotion (and FOMO - fear of missing out) which drives many coastal sales. My purchaser database contains active and passive buyers both nationally and overseas, including high end buyers from Canada, USA, UK and Australia, who are searching for a slice of the "Gisborne magic". With the increased sale levels in today's marketplace, vendors and purchasers demand expertise, property knowledge, and problem solving capability. I meet those needs with a broad knowledge of the industry, a network of trusted property professionals to call on for answers and my own style of quiet, measured communication. This job is about treating all people equally... It’s simple really.

Selling or Buying on the Coast, talk with Greg Robertson

8 years ago, Sam and I were looking for our own slice of paradise. We found it thanks to Greg. We built and lived tiny for the last 5 years and loved it. Life privoted and we relocated back to Rotorua. Selling became our next step to moving forward, so reaching out to Greg when we wanted to sell was an easy call. He has been honest, patient and understanding throughout each process.

Excellent experience
