Good result in a tough market
Greg joined the sale process mid stream and immediately impressed with his market knowledge and open communication style. There were a number of twists and turns with our sale given the current market, and he ensured we understood the various scenarios around contractual arrangements before signing on the dotted line. We would have liked more $$$ however were not at all forced to accept where the market chose to set the price, and are now able to move on to our next project.
