I had considered selling my rentals a few years ago and had a good assessment from Greg Brunton. Decided not to sell at that time but when wanted to sell one I went back to Greg and had him assess the property and was a good experience. Once it was put on the market it was sold quicker than I thought it likely would.

Greg encouraged us to put an offer on paper even though we knew we couldn't afford the price the vendors wanted. When they counter offered 80k more than our offer, we thought it had been a waste of time. But in the end, after months of looking at other houses, the vendor's situation changed and they came back to our original offer. In our case, Greg's proactiveness helped us to get the house we wanted.
