Very helpful, pleasant manner. His highwst priority was naturally the interests of the seller, but was helpful to see the deal negotiated succesfully.

Graham did a great job liaising between us as the purchasers and the vendor, and was always willing to help when anything was required, was realistic and open with any information we requested.

Good old fashioned honesty, easy to talk to, offered sound advice, and has good long term knowledge of market history, legalities etc. And he LISTENED! Followed directives and went the extra mile, even to the point of driving over 70kms on New years day to do a viewing for bolshy viewers whom had tried to sidestep the agent.
