Graham has been working in this location for many years and has a wealth of experience and local knowledge. He is also extremely professional and a real gentleman. We sold a property through Graham two years ago and because of his performance didn’t hesitate to engage him again for our recent property sale. We were not disappointed. Thank you Graham.
We had a great experience working with Graham Ban to sell our home. His knowledge of the market conditions and effective marketing helped us secure a sale in just six days. He was easy to deal with, professional, and kept us well-informed throughout the process. We really appreciated his guidance and would happily recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in Cambridge.

In bringing our mother's Cambridge East rental property to market we choose Graham Ban from Cambridge Realty. He exclusively marketed the property by tender, undertaking weekly open homes and viewings by appointment. His knowledge of the local market proved to be spot on. We relied on his considerable experience and knowledge of the local market to inform our preferred marketing strategy and pricing range. His assessment of the properties value proved to be accurate. The property went unconditional within 6 weeks and we achieved a price well beyond our expectations. We found Graham's communications with the family to be professional, timely and informative. He even discounted his fee when preparing the contract. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Graham to anyone wishing to sell residential properties in the Cambridge area.
We have continued to use Graham as our Real Estate Agent in respect of our homes and rental properties. Really pleased as always with the service provided by Graham. His knowledge of the market again proved valuable, with our house selling quickly. Graham kept us informed at all stages of the process.
