Kept us up to date with progress, how many attended open homes etc, and feedback from prospective purchasers. Didn't seem "pushy" but prepared to wait for the right buyer. Obviously is very well versed in the market situation as it changes, and totally professional approach both with us as sellers and any prospective buyers.
