As we moved into the offer stage, Jason was extremely helpful and professional. Even as the vendor’s agent, we never felt unnecessary sales pressure or any attempt to aggressively push the price higher to a range we are uncomfortable with. The communication throughout the negotiation and contract process was smooth, clear, and efficient, which became especially valuable after experiencing some much more difficult communication experiences with other property transactions.
