This is the second property Gordon has sold for us, he is a genuine top kiwi bloke, who will tell you how it is and not any bull crap. So trustworthy, and always updating us with any happenings, and he even buys the beers😛.Thank you for all of your hard work Gordy.

We got Gordon to sell our home as he lives in and knows the area. He sold our neighbours house and we found him to be professional, relatable, practical and gets buyers in to view the house, which in the end is what will get the sale.

I have no hesitation endorsing Gordon Caulfield. When my mother passed away suddenly last year the family was left not only shell shocked but in quite a disarray and thankfully were able to turn to Gordon to look after the sale process of the “family home”. Gordon provided detailed information to the family so we were able to make an informed decision on not only the sales process but also on what was selling in the area and a realistic and achievable sales price would be. The property had plenty of challenges being leasehold and with the council digging up the road to lay new sewage lines that the residents were expected to contribute an unknown amount to we (the family) thought the sales process would be difficult. Nevertheless nothing seemed to get in the way of Gordon and within in a few weeks he fronted up with an offer at the price he recommended to us. The family was delighted however Gordon being the professional did not stop there but kept promoting the home and had a back up offer for the family. Unfortunately the first purchaser was unable to secure finance and so the second purchaser stepped into the mix. Again Gordon did not rest and continued on until he found a third purchaser to sit in the wings. Needless to say the property sold and at every step of the sales program Gordon kept the family fully informed of progress and went far beyond what we ever expected. At all times Gordon was extremely approachable an absolute professional and someone I can and do recommend without any hesitation THANK YOU GORDON

Gordon pulled out all the stops from our first contact, getting signage erected and listed promptly to meet our desired advertising timeframe. We left him to promote and organise open home viewings and negotiate an acceptable sale price. The transaction was easily completed with both parties happy with the result.
