Glyn and Callum are upfront and honest. This was the second time selling with them and definitely did not disappoint. They managed to meet our time frame perfectly once again. If you want that "Sold" sticker this is the team to make it happen.

First thing I wanted to mention is the house hand over keys I have only received a text that your keys is left there which is not expected from a big organisation like Summit handles this with poor professionalism. Second thing I would like to mention is the House that we moved in not clean at all the spider webs are all over the house the mirrors weren't clean and there are cats hairs all over the carpet in the small bedroom the glass house has all spider web which is very very disappointing.

Callum and the Team are very knowledgeable and were great to work with. They were patient with us non-locals as we got the house ready, but once we hit the go button, it was a superb process with a great outcome for all.

Buying a house is such a weird process requiring vendors, real estate agents, lawyers and banks and Callum went out of his way to make it easy on me. He was always quick to text or call and keep me informed, was flexible about when I could craft an offer and helped me to get to settlement in less than a week! Even my lawyer was amazed at the speed he worked at. The whole team were lovely to deal with and kept me informed as each stage happened. I would definitely call Callum again!
