From the moment Callum alerted us to a property we did not know about until settlement day the whole process was made easy. Times were accommodated for us to view the property twice given that we were from out of town and we never felt rushed. Any concerns we had prior to going unconditional were resolved quickly by Callum and the support staff kept us up to date regularly by email or phone calls.
