We initially chose Glenn over other agents due to him seeming like a genuinely nice person. This proved to be an accurate assessment. We found him personable and very optimistic. When the market started to turn and things were getting harder his optimism continued and we also found him to be extremely hard working which undoubtedly led to our positive outcome.

I have been most impressed by Glenn. There have been some tight timelines for both the seller and ourselves, such that a few hours delay at the wrong moment could have led to a lot of frustration. That this has never happened is tribute to the speed and clarity of Glenn's communication. There have been many emails, including quite a number on weekends and outside business hours.
