We bought our current house through Glenn, 7 years ago. We found him funny, genuine, laid back, and willing to meet up with us to view houses at short notice. He was noticeably different from most other agents - he even told us that his approach is just to be honest with clients, as dishonesty will blow back eventually. Glenn has been working as an agent long term, and he's clearly built up trust in clients over that time. After the 7 year interim, we had no hesitation to contact him to sell our house for us. His appraisal of our property's value was based on his experience and instinct rather than on pure statistics (i.e. cost per square metre for recent sales in the area), and he was on the money. Glenn was amazing, took the time to really understand what we were going through as a family to let go of the house we lived in for so long.
