Real Estate agents get a lot of bad press and to be fair it is often deserved but not in the case of Glenn. Glenn did a good job managing our eventual purchase of a house in Ngaio. Considering the vendor we were trying to buy from, he did well to manage the negotiation so that we had the best chance of securing the property. He is reliable, does his best to oblige and is a good communicator which, in our experience of dealing with the real estate profession, is a relatively rare commodity.

Glen Sold my house in Feb 2018 I chose Glen because I immediately recognised he has integrity, he was easy going and wasn’t full of bluster, in short I knew I could trust him. His local knowledge is impeccable and if that doesn’t impress he has the data and the charts and tables etc to back it up. Our meetings were easy, enjoyable and straight away we were on the same page about a realistic plan And offer strategy. Unlike some estate agents Glen was very careful to keep us out of silly offer territory and get to a figure that was both achievable and worked for me. He was always on hand for questions or offer sound advice, If I called him I got an answer if we booked a time he was there. There were a few nuances to sale of my house and the timeline was not straight forward especially with Xmas in the middle of our planning, Glen was happy to work around my timelines with absolutely no pressure to get the offer out until I was ready. Personally I really like Glen and really enjoyed our chats and meetings, His total enthusiasm was infectious and really encouraging, which really helped when I was getting the house ready for sale.
