If you’re looking for a real estate agent who knows his stuff, answers his phone, and somehow makes buying a property feel almost stress free and enjoyable, Glenn Kirby at Bayleys, Blenheim is your guy! Glenn was fantastic from start to finish. Professional without being stuffy, knowledgeable without the hard sell, and always ready with a solution and a good story or two, not necessarily about houses either. He made the whole process feel easy, which in real estate is probably like some kind of witchcraft. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, communication was excellent, and I always felt like I was in safe hands. Glenn genuinely goes the extra mile, although in my dealings with Glenn, he probably considers that the standard mile. Would absolutely recommend Glenn to anyone buying or selling in the Marlborough area.
