Ginny and her team were brilliant to deal with, always had our best interests at heart, provided evidential facts and figures of the demographic area, knowledge of the buyer database and clear and concise advise on how we should market the property to get the best result. In a market with very limited buyers with very few sales in the immediate are it was not an easy job and Ginny's team did a great job working with the buyers we had until the deal was done. Cannot recommend them highly enough, having a recent past experience with a 'no-frills cheap-as-chips' agency that fell flat on their face, this was reassuring and a good experience all round as a vendor. So much so I entrusted them with another property a short time later!
