Got the end result. Had the house on the market for 18 months, but only with Ginny for approx two months. She was driven and committed. Negotiated with both the Buyer and Sellers to get the end result. Worked long hours - available into the night (negotiating at 10pm) to get the deal over the line. Recommendation to all sellers - watch Ratemyagent video - establish and know your zones (No, OK and Dream zones). We achieved the middle of the OK zone, which we are happy with, especially in this tough market.
