Gill is very organised, professional, no nonsense attitude, very efficient, 'can do', always calm from the first meeting. The best customer service in a very long time. I told her what I was looking for, she organised a list of potential homes & rental for me to view in limited time frame. She gave me different suburbs options. We chose Gill and Kim for their enthusiasm over our much loved property. We 'interviewed' 6 separate Real Estate Agencies and although initially we were determined to go with the cheapest option, after meeting Gill and Kim, it was obvious to us that if anyone was going to 'sell' the dream - it would be them. Communication was always prompt and thorough and it was never a problem to decline a time for a viewing etc. The only hiccup was that they were slightly too enthusiastic with their initial price range which we felt was a bit unrealistic from the start. In the end we were very happy with the result they achieved and the process leading up to it. These are down to earth ladies who compliment each others skills with a sense of humour and utter professionalism when needed.
