Gerda Venter

We had a really positive experience with Gerda when purchasing our home. Having been to many open homes and dealt with a number of agents, we really appreciated Gerda’s calm, friendly and approachable manner. She was never pushy, was always happy to answer our questions and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. When we found the home we wanted to buy, Gerda was incredibly helpful and prompt in getting information back to us. She was fair, honest and professional throughout the negotiations, working patiently between both parties to reach an agreement that everyone was happy with. She also ensured that all the correct legal processes were followed, which gave us confidence in the process. Having had some less positive experiences with other agents in the area, we particularly appreciated Gerda’s integrity, kindness and genuine approach. She was a pleasure to deal with, and we are very grateful for the part she played in making what can be a stressful experience such a pleasant one. We can't recommend her highly enough!

Gerda was fantastic to work with from start to finish. She was friendly, proactive, and always ready to help, which made the whole process so much easier. She made visiting the property simple and stress-free, and she was consistently responsive whenever we had questions or needed to schedule something. Her proactive approach was a big part of why we were able to close the deal smoothly. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent who genuinely goes the extra mile.

Gerda made selling our home as stress-free as possible. We really appreciated that she encouraged buyers through the open homes rather than having people through constantly during the week, understanding we are the owners of multiple dogs — it took a huge amount of pressure off us! She was always honest, kept us well informed with buyer feedback, and ultimately got us a great, seamless contract. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother sale and would absolutely recommend her.
