We are very happy with our decision to entrust Geraldine and her team with the sale of our villa in North East Valley. We chose Geraldine due to her wealth of experience in the Dunedin market, and because we felt her commission was better value for money than those offered by other agencies. We also appreciated not being pressured into signing an agency agreement. Geraldine’s commitment and communication were excellent throughout the sale process, and we were delighted with the price reached at auction. Thanks again Geraldine, Peter and Amelia!

Geraldine was a pleasure to work with and provided us with regular feedback and marketing updates during our sale campaign. Geraldine brings confidence and knowledge to the table and we would highly recommend Geraldine to all vendors wanting the best price for their property. Many thanks Geraldine

Geraldine had a huge amount of experience and knowledge within the property sector which resulted in our house being sold within the thirty day time frame we had given her to sell our home, not easy with so many similar properties on the market at the time. She was friendly and approachable, and kept us up to date with what was happening, nothing was too much trouble and she was always happy to help. We would highly recommend Geraldine and her team.
