Where do I begin?! My partner and I had been to many open homes and dealt with many agents before meeting with Gemma but none had paid us the attention and the quality service like she had. We were provided such warm, honest and friendly assistance the whole way through. Even when we felt like giving up with the rate of the market, Gemma believed in us and continued to find suitable properties for us to look at. Gemma was patient with us, always listened and wasn't rude when we asked silly questions (there were quite a few). Gemma was an absolute pleasure to deal with, she has fantastic knowledge of the housing market, especially in the Franklin area. She is a true professional who listens to all your requirements and finds you the perfect buyer whilst also selling you your dream home. We found she genuinely cares for her clients and their families and does not push you into a sale for the sake of selling, it has to be right!
