We planned to sell our house with Gemma and then lockdown alert level 4 came around. We expressed our concerns with Gemma who was empathetic and understanding of our situation, (was not pushy at all!) And was able to ease our concerns. We stayed in communication during level 4 and as soon as alert level 3 came about, we put our house on the market. We actually met Gemma about 2 and a bit years ago and tried to purchase a house in Pokeno then. A huge thanks to Gemma, she is extremely knowledgeable of the property market in Pokeno, right from the start her initial estimated appraisal price range was spot on. She worked hard on the marketing process in what turned out to be a very challenging time, trying to sell property and arrange viewings with all the Covid-19 protocols during a very long Auckland lockdown. Initial low enquiry levels for a number of weeks and quite large variances in selling prices received on other houses sold in Pokeno, added to my own stress levels.
