I had the best experience with Gareth - he is definitely the best listener and followed through with any of my queries etc - my sale was extremely quick , especially in a market that had uncertainties, but I felt the whole duration of the sale, before, during and after, he was highly professional and helpful. We had Gareth recommended to us to sell our non-CCC house that had experienced water-tight issues over the last 25 years. He was conservative and honest in his appraisal, being very careful to remain positive but also not hyping our expectations.
