I spent many a weekend with Sandra Turner from Harcourts Millwater/Silverdale, going to open homes. It nearly got to the point I was starting to feel that she was family as we spent so much time together!! Thankfully after losing out on around 4-5 houses due to various situations, Sandra knew of a house coming onto the market, just as the photographers were doing their job for online advertising (heads-up, it was a waste of time 😉). Sandra made a live walk-thru video of the house in Millwater one lunchtime for me as I was working in the CBD and couldn't make viewings during weekdays due to the distance/time between the 2 locations. I ended up making an offer on the property that afternoon on Sandras’s description/videos/photos, real-life sight unseen, as she walked me through the property. I could hear the excitement in her voice during that live walkthrough that she knew she had found me my "forever" home. As it turned out, I purchased that property, and am extremely happy there.
