Gabriel is one of a kind. He listens and really digs deep to understand what your goals and dreams are for your next house. Gabriel knew the market in and out, he was full of advice and knowledge to help us get the best price possible which he did. The best thing was we didn't feel like just a number or listing to him as he made such great rapport with our family which resured us we were in the best hands possible. House wasn’t cleaned properly as assured. There are stains on carpet and exterior wasn’t clean, failed to get the lights and fan fixed. He hesitated to find the second set of keys and remote, initially refused. In one conversation, he said that he is not getting commission from me. Poor customer service.

As a nervous and anxious vendor, I was dreading the sales process. Gabriel immediately put me at ease. His reassuring manner, genuine caring personality and positivity throughout the process kept me on a level surface. His knowledge of my local area and the market was superb. He provided me with weekly updates on what was happening and was only a phone call away if I needed him. I was selling in a difficult market, however, Gabriel guided and supported me through this process and managed to achieve an acceptable price for my property.
