Since the moment we met Gabriel he was very positive and enthusiastic. The first thing he said to us was " you have a lovely home" and that was the moment we knew he was the right person that we can put our trust for seeing our house. Gabriel was very professional and responding on our queries in a very professional and timely manner,updating and explaining what is happening and what are the next steps. He was very knowlegible about the market current market offer and demands for houses ,prize range ,recent sales .Our auction failed however he never give up and after a very short time we had a buyer for our house . We believe his negotiation skills are on next level and were crucial in our saling process. His excellency ,dedication and strong will resulted in receiving an offer and seling the house. Overall his pleasant ,easy-going ,friendly but strong, confident and determined personalty contributed a lot in our journey to sale our house. Gabriel is an amazing agent who just knows how to genuinely take care of you via the process. He is solutions focused and always looks for answers even when the purchasers presents a challenge.
