We had a really great experience buying our home with Frankie. She was friendly, easy to deal with, and always kept us in the loop throughout the process. Her communication was fantastic, and she was always just a phone call or message away whenever we had a question. Our purchase took a few turns along the way and we needed to extend some deadlines, but Frankie was always on top of everything and kept in regular contact with us. Having someone so organised and proactive made a huge difference and took a lot of the stress out of the process. We always felt well supported and never pressured, and we really appreciated the time and effort she put in to help us secure our new home.
