I had the good fortune to meet Frank when he was running an open home for my friend's apartment here at Tuatahi. He was calm, confident and professional. When I decided to put my property on the market, about 6 weeks later, I called Frank to discuss timing and approach. When he came to see my apartment the following week, I knew I had chosen well. He genuinely loved my apartment from the moment he walked in. He 'got' the qualities that made it special and knew how to make it stand out. I was happy to discover that Frank is a professional photographer and that really showed in our marketing campaign. We had fun getting creative and staging my apartment together. He went the extra mile to make my apartment attractive and ready to present to buyers. I know how important the marketing is, to get buyers along to open homes. The photos, videos and blurb were superb.. and successful.. we had a buyer wanting to see the property the day after the listing appeared. Then Frank's skill in negotiation was required! Over the next few weeks Frank worked hard to answer questions and provide relevant market information to both buyer and vendor. This is where his communication and relationship management skills came to the fore. He was patient, understanding and supportive. The end result was a happy vendor and a happy buyer 😊 A great result and a process that was more fun and less stressful than I expected it to be.
