I had the good fortune to meet Frank when he was running an open home for my friend's apartment here at Tuatahi. He was calm, confident and professional. The photos, videos and blurb were superb.. and successful.. we had a buyer wanting to see the property the day after the listing appeared. Then Frank's skill in negotiation was required! Over the next few weeks Frank worked hard to answer questions and provide relevant market information to both buyer and vendor. This is where his communication and relationship management skills came to the fore. He was patient, understanding and supportive. The end result was a happy vendor and a happy buyer 😊 A great result and a process that was more fun and less stressful than I expected it to be.
